Peter Mutharika, interim leader of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) has been handed down two counts, which include ‘soliciting to break the law’ and the second count is Pejury (tendering false evidence).

According to Mutharika’s personal aide Ben Phiri, the DPP leader has arrived in Lilongwe in a very excellent condition and that his team of lawyer has commences bail applications processes.
