Zimbabwean arrested for being found in possession of 38 bags of Marijuana

Malawi Police are keeping in custody a Zimbawean national Collings Jere for being found in possession of 38 bags of Marijuana.
Jere was arrested at Nathenje in the capital, Lilongwe where he stopped over with his car registration number XTL 490 GP to arrange his cargo , police say.
He was on his way to the commercial capital, Blantyre.
“It was at that point that members of the general public got suspicious seeing Jere offloading the bags from the track and they immediately informed the Nathenje police who arrested him,” said Kingsley Dandaula, Lilongwe Police Deputy Public Relations Officer
Dandaula said Jere came to Malawi to transport bags of cotton cake abroad and he used the available space in the trail to transport marijuana.
