Man Arrested For ‘Insulting’ President Joyce Banda In Chikhwawa

John William, 35, of Traditional Authority Maseya in Chikhwawa has been arrested for insulting President Joyce Banda.
Chikhwawa’s Publicist Sunday Ngulube confirmed of the development saying the man splashed the insult on Sunday when PP’s Deputy Director of Women Jean Kaphale was distributing maize in the area.
William is the fifth person to be arrested since last year October for insulting President Banda.
