A so called God fearing woman known in official circles as Joyce Hilda Mtila Banda, the accidental President of the most unfortunate Republic of Malawi, has caused the disappearance of Chief Bvumbwe after he chided her for letting distribution of her party T-shirts take place at a funeral of High Court judge Joseph Manyungwa.
The relations of the chief are gathered outside the Bvumbwe Police Unit to be told where Joyce Banda is hiding him.
