There hasn’t been any press release confirming this but Malawi Watchdog, a facebook page known to produce rumors online are saying Joyce Banda has been found with a skin condition, doctors are suspecting it to be cancerous. Starting from her feet its slowly spreading to the leg. She has been advised to cut her travels and avoid stress zones.
