All things being equal, it is Her Excellency Dr. Joyce Banda’s vision to push ahead with a sweeping plan to transform rural residents into newly constructed towns and cities over the next dozen years.
This is a transformative event that could set off a new wave of growth, prosperity coupled with the creation of jobs as well as creating an enabling environment for both small and large scale businesses.
The uncompleted flats below are a model of Mudzi Transformation Trust being implemented in China which Dr. Banda announced recently that her government would do everything possible to turn around rural villages in Malawi.
With Joyce Banda at the helm, Malawi is assured of moving from poverty to prosperity.
