Joyce Banda’s fake resignation letter case dropped

The Lilongwe Magistrate Court has this morning discharged the case in which the state was prosecuting Mr. Davie Namusanya for allegedly authoring President Joyce Banda’s fake resignation letter in February this year.
Lawyer representing the accused Chikumbutso Mkwamba says the defense filedfor the dismissal of the case because state lawyers were not attending court proceedings.
