The Parliamentary Service Committee (PSC) has now formally interdicted the embattled clerk of parliament Matilda Katopola and has further ordered her to surrender her official vehicle to the National Assembly.
Speaker of parliament who is also PSC chair Henry Chimunthu Banda has confirmed the development.
