Bullets continued their dominance and once again, Fischer Kondowe was a provider for goal number 3,this time, assisting Dalitso Sailesi, who tapped in from a close range. Bullets were rapant and difficult to contain,9 minutes before the interval, Lawson Chilewe added another goal to make it 4-0. The visitors were nowhere to be seen, chasing their own shadows. It was a nice short just inside the 18 yard box that was all for the half. In the second half, Mzuzu utd started to settle down and they were able to close down Bullets especially in the midfield where Bullets dominated. Fischer Kondowe supplied some neat crosses into the box but Chilewe failed to utilise. Bullets continued to pressurise the visitors but kept on missing their chances. 17 minutes before the end of the match, Diverson Mlozi was fouled,24 mitres from the goal post and Douglas Chilambo was incharge of the free kick. He made no mistake by curving to the far post, giving Mzuzu goalie Chimwemwe Kasambara no chance,5-0 it was. However,Bullets were convinced with the score line and in the end, Bullets collected all the 3 points. It was a sweet revenge for Bullets who were knocked out of Carlzberg Cup by Mzuzu utd.
