At least 94 exhibitors are expected to showcase their products at the 10th Agricultural Fair, which opens today in Blantyre.

The fair is aimed at reducing the cost of doing business and promoting the exchange and sharing of goods among stakeholders in the agricultural sector.

Principal secretary in the ministry of agriculture Geofrey Luhanga said the fair is a way of complementing government’s effort to develop agriculture in the country.

The fair has been organised by the Malawi Confederation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
