National Bank of Malawi has taken banking to social media by launching what it is calling an integrated communications platform.

The bank, through its website will have all information about its operations, services and any development which will also be linked to its Facebook page, twitter handle and you tube.

According to officials of the bank, the move is in tandem with the modern trend of technological advancement and that the bank just like other sectors could not rely on traditional media only.
