Developing news indicate that three people have been arrested over the shooting of Director of Budgeting in the Ministry of Finance, Paul Mphwiyo, who was shot last Friday at an apparent aiming of his life.
The names of the three are yet to be released even though suggestions are that no high profile arrest has been made even though the case has stains of having high profile individuals involved in it.
