A report allegedly produced by the Public Affairs Committee (PAC), which is yet to be authenticated, indicates that money amounting to MK192 billion has found its way out of Capital hill ever since Joyce Banda took over the Presidency on April 7, 2012.
The money has not gone out to legal purposes and did not leave through the legal doors or purposes, it just grew wings.
Whoop! Seems like the Millions being found in people’s bonnets are just the tip of the iceberg.
