Deputy Minister of local government, Godfrey Kamanya, has finally learned what it means to be a prisoner of an unguarded tongue after he was forced to apologize to Kamuzu Central Hospital staff this morning over his careless remarks made yesterday in Phalombe.

KCH staff had gone on an indefinite strike following the remarks of the minister in the presence of President Banda.

However, a youthful Kamanya has rushed in to offer his unconditional apologies to the hospital staff over the venom he spat on the workers who demonstrated to Parliament on Tuesday calling for government to intervene in the crisis at the hospital before Kamanya labeled them as sponsored opposition DPP supporters and not genuine staff of the hospital.
