Appearing before the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of parliament today, Director of Budgeting in the Ministry of Finance, Paul Mphwiyo, made sure that he carry his sense of humor with him before the committee which left many with the thought that he would be grilled.
After being interrogated by the committee, Mphwiyo later told them that the media’s making a bone out of his misery had affected his family greatly especially his 12 year old daughter.
Before leaving, a jokeful Mphwiyo told PAC that with the media buzz that has been associated with him, he can easily contest for a political position. But then, it is not his field.
