Football star and probably comedian, Fischer Kondowe, has shocked his supporters for the Parliamentary seat after telling them that he will not contest for the seat upon discovering that he had no qualities for the position.
Not long ago, Kondowe took the nation by a storm after announcing that he was going to contest on the Parliamentary seat for the Blantyre City South Constituency.
Whereas others dismissed Fischer’s aspirations as pure comedy, the man was serious about it until today when he says he has discovered that there are conditions he does not meet and, thus, will not stand as an MP.
Reports today indicate that Fischer did not know that for one to contest as an MP in an area then he has to be a registered member of that constituency.
Talk of comedy, Fischer is a master.
