United Democratic Front (UDF) leader, Atupele Muluzi, today took his campaign crusade message to President Joyce Banda’s home area of Songani in the Zomba Malosa constituency ahead of the May polls.

Speaking to the crowds that gathered at the venue, the young Muluzi outlined what he called his developmental agenda for the country once into power. He indicated to the people that once voted back into power, the UDF government will be accountable and make sure that people’s lives are improved.

Despite it being a home for the sitting President who also happens to be the leader of the Peoples’ Party (PP), Muluzi’s rally was patronized by many people who came from many places across the constituency such that some had to sit over roof tops to catch a glimpse of the young Muluzi.

Muluzi urged the people who had gathered to, therefore, vote for the UDF if they wanted to see an end to an abuse of resources and hospitals that are well-stocked with medicines.
