7yr old boy strangles a 5yr old girl to death

This is as horrifying as it gets; Kanengo Police Spokesperson has confirmed that a 7 year old boy [name withheld] is being kept at the the station for killing a 5 year old girl by strangulation (kumufinya pakhosi).
The boy says he did this because the girl refused him sex.
After noting that the girl was not breathing the 7 year old dragged her body and dumped it in a well.
”This story will not go to court because the boy is a minor. But he will be given over to the welfare people and they will know what to do,” said the PRO
