The Ant-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has arrested two accounts officers in the Ministry of Gender, Children and Community Services over allegations that they made payments to their companies without rendering the services to government.

The two suspects are Martin Kamuyambeni an assistant Accountant and Gladys M’mangisa senior Accountant and the two were arrested on 24 march 2014.

Egrita Ndala Who is ACB Public Relations Officer, confirmed of the arrest by saying investigations that led to the arrest of the two started in early October last year after receiving a complain.

The two are suspected to have prepared payments between April and August 2011 to Green Rose General Suppliers and RA and AJ inter Trading belonging  to Richard Kapinga.

Meanwhile it is not yet known when will the two appear in Court.
