In a bid to fulfill his promises made to the team, Big Bullets Chairman Kondi Msungama has paid the outstanding allowances the team owed the players.

Msungama paid the players on Monday a total figure of K1.7million.

“I have paid K1.7 million overdue allowances to the players as I had promised because that is the priority.

“Since I have paid the players the allowance, the trustees should now consider sponsoring the team’s trip to South Africa”, he said.

When approached for comment, Bullets general secretary, Harold Fote said the payments had settled down the dust.

“We have resolved our differences and we will now speak with one voice”, he said.

Meanwhile it is yet to be seen whether the team will leave for South Africa as urged by Msungama.
