Aspiring MP wants marijuana legalized in Malawi

A Peoples Progressive Movement party PPM aspiring candidate for Mzimba Luwerezi says if elected to parliament he will lobby for the legalization of cultivation of Indian hemp locally known as chamba to boast the economy.
