Judge Nyirenda rules that Malawi Electoral Commission has to announce results by midnight

High Court says MEC can recount the votes but should not go beyond the 8 statutory days. Effectively MEC will announce results tonight. Focus now on tally centre as sound engineers are sounding checking waiting for Mec chairman Maxon Mbendela to take the stage.
