WE ARE READY TO SERVE MALAWIANS AS OPPOSITION- CHAKWERA

Malawi Congress Party (MCP) President Dr Lazarus Chakwera has said the party is ready to serve the interest of Malawians as the main opposition political party.
Chakwera said this at Parliament Building in Lilongwe after being sworn-in as member of Parliament.
According to information gathered by Face of Malawi, the swearing-in ceremony is expected to take about three days from today and after that members will go in a week-long training session.
Notable MPs who have already taken their Oaths include: Former Deputy Speaker Esther Mcheka Nkhoma Chilenje David Bisnowaty, Dr Lazarous Chakwera, Dr. George Chaponda and son to Former President Dr Joyce Banda,Roy Kachale Banda.
