Malawi Congress Party (MCP) has disclosed that the party will feature the party’s Vice President Richard Msowoya at the position of Speaker of Parliament.
According to information gathered by Face of Malawi, the party has agreed this during the Caucus that has just ended in Lilongwe few minutes ago.
Msowoya has confirmed the development in an interview with one of the daily papers that he will contest for the position.
Meanwhile Member of Parliament will this afternoon select Speaker and deputy speaker.
