GERALD VIOLA APPOINTED AS DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION

Galaxy fm Head of Programmes Gerald Viola has been appointed as new Director of Information in the Ministry of Information, Tourism and Civic Education replacing Chikumbutso Mtumodzi.
Viola’s appointment is with effect July 1.
When asked for comment Viola could not accept or deny the appointment but asked for more time on the matter.
Viola was one of the critics of former President Dr. Joyce Banda under the People’s Party (PP).
