CHAOS ERUPT AT CIVIC OFFICES

Pandemonium has erupted at the civic offices in Blantyre where some Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) supporters are protesting the absence of councilor Louis Ngalande on the list of those who are about to contest for the position of Mayor of Blantyre.
Councillor Ngalande announced yesterday that he would not be taking party but gave no reasons for his sudden withdrawal.
