President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika is expected to return home from the United Nation General Assembly today.
This has been disclosed through a statement from the Office of the President and Cabinet (OPC) signed by Fredrick Ndala.
According to the statement, the plane carrying the State President is expected to arrive at the Kamuzu International Airport in Lilongwe at 12 noon.
While in US President Mutharika addressed the New York Stock Exchange, he met British Prime minister Gordon Brown, Mark Dybul, the Executive Director of the Global Fund, US Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs Linda Thomas-Greenfield and President Uhuru Kenyeta of Kenya.
