President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika will on Wednesday October 29, 2014 hold a development rally at Balaka Manica Ground in Balaka.
This has been disclosed in an statement from the Office of the President and Cabinet (OPC) signed by Presidential Press Secretary Frederick Ndala.
According to the statement, the rally will give Mutharika a chance to unveil and articulate his government’s development agenda for the Eastern Region and the nation as whole and is open to everyone regardless of the Political party he or she belongs.
This will be the first rally for President Mutharika to be held in Eastern Region since he ascended to the high office on May 20.
