Since President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika ascended to power on May 20 2014, the country has experienced an increase in crimes in the country putting Malawians under panic.

Recently, the newly appointed Inspector General of Police (IG) Paul Kanyama warned criminals that they deal with them but since then nothing seems to be happening on the ground as thugs continue to terrorize Malawians across the country.
