President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika has left the country for Mozambique to attend the country’s Independence Celebrations.

Mutharika departed in the country through Kamuzu International Airport in the Capital Lilongwe this morning and is expected to return home the same day.

According the statement released on Wednesday by Presidential Press Officer, said Mutharika will attend the Celebrations as part of the cordial bilateral relations that exist between the two countries.
