EDGAR LUNGU PARDONS GENERAL KANENE

Zambian President Edgar Lungu has pardoned musician Clifford Dimba commonly known as General Kanene who was sentenced to jail on rape charges.
Kanene was slapped 18 years early last year for raping a 14-year old girl.
President Lungu has also appointed Kanene as ambassador for the fight against gender violence.
Meanwhile social media reports indicate that his release is linked to his recent song titled Ulemu which praise Lungu.
