Police in Machinga have arrested 39 year old Sikweya Simeon for allegedly killing James Sendali, his ex-wife’s husband.

Machinga Police Officer In-Charge, Assistant Commissioner Gideon Nahumu said the deceased went missing on July 5, and his body was discovered on July 14 in a river.

According to Nahumu, Sendali married Simeon’s former wife and this did not please him such that he was so jealousy.

Simeon will answer murder charges.

Sendali hailed from Chikweo village in Machinga.mana
