Osward Lutepo key cashgate convict is back at the high court in Zomba for ruling on whether sentencing in the 4 billion scam case be done before or after seizure of property.
The State wants determination on property to come after sentencing while defense wants it before sentencing.
State council led by DPP Mary Kachale, defense council led by Osward Mtupila and Lutepo himself are in court. Judge Redson Kapindu leading Proceedings now.
