After successfully launching his 18th album at Robins Park in Blantyre on 24th July and at WakaWaka Hotel on 26th July, Lucius Banda has said the journey of launching his album is not yet over as he will now take the performance to South Africa (SA).

These will be followed by a show at Tijucaon August 30 and lastly on September 5, he is expected to perform at Amadoda Woodstock in Capetown.
“We are well prepared for the show in SA, as you can see we will be performing at classy and decent Hotels whereby the venue is big and the entry fee is pegged at R150,” he said while disclosing that this time around, the whole of Zembani Band will travel to SA for all the shows.
“This is also the very first time we are taking the whole band, previously we would go just a few of us from Zembani Band and combine with other artist in SA forming a band,” he said.
According to Lucius Banda, the show of the album launch in SA has been organized due to the high demand of people living there.
He said “People in SA should get ready to see Nepman whom they have wanted to watch performing and Sam Simakweri who has grown in music and Limbani Banda will be there too.”
Lucius, who said has lost count on how many times he has performed on stage after launching his career, said this could be his eleventh performance in SA and added that fans will walk away with a free original CD upon entry and both shows will be ending at dawn.
