The High Court in Zomba has sentenced Cashgate convict Oswald Lutepo to 11 years imprisonment with hard labour on money laundering and fraud in a K4.2 billion public funds.
Lutepo was convicted of money laundering and fraud in K4.2 billion public money out of his own plea.
Speaking to the press after his sentencing, Lutepo expressed shock on the sentencing, saying he is considering to appeal on the Judgment.
