Malawians dream of seeing Jamaican dancehall star Busy Signal performing at this year’s Sand Music Festival in Salima on October 31 is slowly coming to a reality as the artist has confirmed of the concept.

The development comes just weeks after Busy Signals’ brother and manager Gayle Gordon dismissed of the Malawi ‘show, saying there is no contractual agreement for a performance in Malawi later this month.

The artist confirmed of the Malawi’s concept through his official Facebook page and twitter account on Saturday.

“Busy Signal Live in Malawi on Saturday the 31st of October. Sand Festival. HOTTED!! TURF!!,”he wrote on Facebook and Twitter accounts.

According to organizers of the Festival, Busy signal will be the headliner at the show.

Born on January 24 1982 as Glendale Goshia Gordon, Busy Signal is currently one of Jamaica’s top musicians and is best known for number one hits such as Dreams of Brighter Days, Come Over, The Gambler and Reggae Music Again
