Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) National Deputy Director of Women Martha Chimpozo Kamanga has resigned from the Party and joined Malawi Congress Party (MCP).
Kamanga was welcomed in MCP on Saturday during a rally the Party held in the Northern Region.
She said she has resigned from DPP citing lack of focus and emergence of factions.
“I am not bitter nor do I have bad feeling for leaving DPP. But I had to make a decision as a matter of principle,” she said.
Meanwhile DPP through its campaign director Eclen Kudontoni has accepted Kamanga’s decision to leave the Party.
