Death has been announced of Chileka-based reggae group Black Missionaries keyboardist Gift Thugo.

Thugo died on Monday in Mulanje at the age of 33.

Late Thugo has been with the Black Missionaries for years now and was playing the second keys in the group.

Thugo hails from Thyolo District.
