Following the coup plot by alleged members of Malawi Congress Party (MCP) against President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika, information reaching Faceofmalawi indicates that Jessie Kabwila and Peter Chakhwantha are in parliament.
Kabwila and Chakwantha are on Police wanted list on sedition charges similar to the charges leveled against the just released on bail Ulemu Msungama.
National Police spokesperson Nicholas Gondwa confirmed hunting for Kabwila and Chakwantha in an interview with the press.
Msungama was arrested on Sunday over leaked whatssap message where he alleged that there is need for a regime.
