President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika will on Saturday February 27, 2016 preside over the official opening of the upgraded Masauko Chipembere Highway, in the city of Blantyre.
This has been disclosed in a press statement from the Office of the President and Cabinet (OPC) signed by Presidential Press Officer Gerald Viola.
According to the statement, Mutharika will first inspect the newly upgraded road and later address the people at Yiannakis roundabout in Limbe to mark the official opening.
The ceremony will start at around 9:30 in the morning.
