Telkom Networks Malawi (TNM) customers across the country are yet to receive free talk time minutes from the company as promised.

On Sunday afternoon, the mobile service company promised its customers through a small text message, saying that they will be reward with 15 minutes free talk time for their unwavering support towards the company and particularly Mpamba.

According to the message, TNM said the reward will only go to those on Mpamba for the patience during technical hitches.

But reports reaching faceofMalawi indicates that customers are yet to receive the said free talk time
.
As part of frustrations some TNM users took the issue to the social media questioning the delay by the company, saying it’s not fair.

One customer identified as Esther Mpulula wrote: “Ine kugundika kuimba ma phone thinking im using ma minutes awowo kuzangodabwa call yaduka kuchecker balance mulibe airtym athamo. A tnm musandilakwitse.”

Another customer said he did not ask for the free talk time from the company so it’s not fair for the company to keep the waiting.

Meanwhile TNM Chief Commercial Officer Daniel Makata has assured customers that the free talk time will be given to them.
