Unknown woman is on police wanted list after dumping her newly born baby in a toilet in the Northern district of Karonga.
Karonga Police Public Relations Officer Enoch Livason has confirmed of the development in an interview with the press.
According to Livason, the baby was found by a woman who wanted to use the toilet while dead.
He said the baby was wrapped in a plastic bag.
Postmortem results show that the baby died due to suffocation.
