Sentencing of former Justice Minister Ralph Kasambara in the shooting case of former Budget Director Paul Mphwiyo is currently underway in the High Court in the capital Lilongwe and the sentencing is beamed live on Times Tive and Radio.
The development follows and an application made by Times TV to have the case beamed live as was the case with the murder case involving South African athlete Oscar Pistorius.
Kasamabara is being accused of conspiracy to Murder Mphwiyo while McDonald Kumwembe and Pika Manondo are accused attempting to murder Mphwiyo on September 13 2013.
