The case involving Vincent Wandale moved to Conforzi Plantations in Thyolo Wednesday afternoon.

Wandale told the court that part of the Estate belong to them as the estate owners violently removed their parents from the land long time ago.

He showed the court four graveyards some as old as 50 years, which according to him is a sign that the people were the first occupants of the land before the estates.

Hearing will resume on 7th October 2016 before Magistrate Thoko Soko at Blantyre Magistrate court where he is expected to parade more witnesses.
