Minister of Civic Education, Culture and Community Development, Mrs. Patricia Kaliati was on Thursday presented with an honorary Doctorate Degree of Philosophy at Crossroads Hotel in Lilongwe.
It was presented by the International Royal Academy of the United Nations of Education, Technology, Business, Arts and Culture.
Mrs. Kaliati also received a certificate in Leadership Guidance and Counselling from the peaceful Mind Institution of India which was represented by Dr. P. Nabhit Kapur.
Mrs. Kaliati was on 6 September 2016 maintained in Cabinet by President Prof. Arthur Peter Mutharika as Minister responsible for Civic Education, Culture and Community Development having previously served as Minister of Information and Communications Technology.
