DPP’s Secretary General Ecklen Kudontoni dies in car accident

Secretary General for the ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Ecklen Kudontoni has died after being involved in road accident at Kasese near Bua roadblock in Dowa.
Dowa Police Spokesperson Kondwani Kandiyado has confirmed of the accident in an interview with the press.
According to information at hand, Kudontoni was pronounced dead upon arrival at Kasese health centre where he was rushed for medical treatment after the accident.
Kudontoni was travelling to Kasungu for political errands.
