76 Ethiopian nationals arrested in Karonga

Police in Karonga district have arrested 76 Ethiopian nationals for illegal entry into the country, faceofmalawi can reveal.
The development comes barely weeks after the Police in the same district detained suspected Tanzanian spies at Kayelekela uranium mine.
Kaporo Police Post Officer In-charge, Robert Chiotcha confirmed of the development in an interview the press, saying the 76 were arrested in Chisi Forest in the district.
According to Chiotcha, the foreigners were detained after a tip off from well-wishers.
Meanwhile the Ethiopian nationals are being kept at Karonga Police
