Three senior Admarc officials including their board chairman James Masumbu are in United States of America to buy maize following the suspicious dealings in procurement of maize that led to suspension of Admarc CEO Foster Mulumbe.
The trip that has been described as money and time wasting by CSO`s has shocked Malawians since Admarc and National Reserve Agency earlier reported that there was enough maize in the country.
Others on the trip include, Admarc deputy CEO Margaret Mauwa and Director of Finance Henry Kanjewe.
The exact date when the crew would be back is not yet known.
