As one way of preserving cultural norms and learn country’s history Ndirande based Primary school will on Friday visit Chichiri museum as part of educational tour.
The Director of the school Frakson Chikaoneka said the trip to Museum is to encourage the pupils at his school to know country’s history.
“Our main aim of organizing this trip on February 17 is to promote culture values and promote education standards in Malawi to help the government’s development agenda,” he said.
He said each term the school organizes a trip to visit various places in the country which include mountains, Lakes, plateau among others.
The Director said to show his passion of developing educational standards in the country he has embarked on a project of K28 millions of constructing a secondary school within the township of Ndirande which would be opened next year.
“We are constructing a secondary school which will have an office, Library, Stores to keep exams and classrooms,” he said.
Chikaoneka Foundation Private Primary school was established in 2006 and is located behind Ndirande Anglican Church in Makata area.
