Foster Mulumbe is back at his duties as Admarc`s Chief Executive Officer after he was forced on leave to pave way for the K30 billion maizegate scandal investigations.
This has come two weeks after the Anti-Corruption Bureau raided his home as well as his office and also confiscated a number of computers and items.
The Admarc board chairman, James Masumbu said the board will soon meet to discuss Mulumbe`s fate.
He said the board will also discuss recommendations by the presidential commission of inquiry on maizegate to have him and other Admarc officials face disciplinary action for failing to adhere to laid down rules and procedures of procurement in the purchase of the maize.
Meanwhile, Margaret Mauwa, the acting CEO has gone back to her office as deputy CEO following this development.
